The Sad bit...
I started my beautiful existence in a hell hole. My father died when I was young, and my mother loved me as much as a narcissist can love another person. If you know anything about narcissism, you know. Those that don't, be thankful. The first 20 years of my life I was brought up to believe self-care was selfish, that mental health wasn’t a 'thing' and I should just ‘toughen up’. That standing up for myself was toxic, and disrespectful. Throughout my teens, and early 20s I battled with the belief that I was nothing. Low Self Esteem paralysed me, I was stuck in a job I hated, in a relationship I wasn't happy in and overall - sucking at living my best life.
However what doesn't kill you - leaves you with some great drinking stories.
Seriously though, I got to the point where I had to pick.
Was I gonna sit in my self-pity hole of sucking? Or was I gonna be a BOSS?
You guessed it!
I travelled, spent some time in Asia and Africa, learning from their cultures, teachings and people. I gained qualification's in practical psychology as well as psychotherapy and mindfulness and worked to overcome my own difficulties. I became the person I was always meant to be. I was working recruitment (smashing targets), I was happily engaged, and learning to be my best self but I still felt like I wasn't everything I could be. I looked around and so many people struggling to go through the same journey.
I began to study- I have read over 600 books on confidence, and how to be successful in living a full and happy life. I have spent tens of thousands on education and training. I went on course after course. I have learnt from my amazing world-renowned mentors like T. Harv Eker, Jen Sincero and of course Tony Robbins. Why? because they had proved that the skills I was learning worked.
I have the skills and knowledge of 3 titans in Personal Development, that's a combined 80 years of knowledge about this industry, about the skills and techniques to get you where you want to be going. I am dedicated to showing you how to shift your life into one that makes you excited to live it, and I have already started.
